Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962, is an American actor from the United States. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). After that, she joined the Bratpack group and appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). For her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy is an American actor and a writer. She began her career in film beginning in the early 1980s, with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of praise. The film was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown, and Alan Ruck also appeared. Her first success led her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. John Hughes' film, written by him, was one of the most acclaimed high-school movies in history. The film cost only $1,000,000 but it grossed in excess of $50 million. Also, she began to appear on a number of television programs, such as CBS Schoolbreak. This was her debut on television. In April of 1980, the show started airing. It was aimed at young people. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that featured her in. The most recent of her appearances is Little Sister, a film that follows a super-hero, with Sheedy as an appearance in a minor role. Sheedy has received numerous awards for her exceptional performances, which include the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
